Omega 3 fatty acids play an important role in nerve balance and cardiovascular balance1,2. As with some vitamins, many scientific studies have confirmed their beneficial effects on health in general and on cardiovascular health in particular. Some fatty acids are called “essential” because our body is not able to synthesize them.
