METHOD OF USE: It is recommended to take 1 to 5 soft-gel capsules per day depending on your needs. EPA and DHA contribute to normal HEART FUNCTION (with 250 mg of EPA and DHA): 1 Fisiocol capsule per day. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal BRAIN FUNCTION (with 250 mg of DHA): 2 Fisiocol capsules per day. DHA contributes to the maintenance of NORMAL VISUAL CAPACITY (with 250 mg of DHA): 2 Fisiocol capsules per day. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of NORMAL LEVELS OF TRIGLYCERIDES in the blood (with 2 g of EPA and DHA): 4 Fisiocol capsules per day. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE (with 3 g of EPA and DHA): 5 Fisiocol capsules per day.
