Description

First flower, from soft pressing and short maceration
on the skins. Light, delicate and sharp to taste. Seducer
of senses, intense and fresh as the rose in the early morning.
The smell gets up to the mauverosa as the rose sparkles
canine, mild scent of hibiscus. Fragrant and lively taste,
intense the call to the pulp of strawberry and red currant.

Pinot Noir grapes are harvested at the first hint of ripe, when acidity and sugar degree are in balance. Our sparkling wine has a good acidic component and a not high alcohol content.

To obtain a very mild pink color, we reduce contact with the skins to a very short duration.

The processes of the classical method are articulated, the long ripening times of the wine favor elegance and complexity.
