EPA and DHA polyunsaturated fatty acids help promote normal heart function, whereas natural Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stressUseful for the heart function; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
It contributes to maintaining normal brain function and good eyesight, such beneficial effects are obtained through the daily assumption of 250 mg of DHA.
The body does not produce EPA/DHA (Omega 3) or GLA (Omega 6).
