Even though organic certifications sometimes allow little leeway, we adhere to our strict guideline 100% no strings attached. As a specialist organic brand, this is part of our corporate DNA.
In the field of sustainable fish products, Fontaine is one of the pioneers in German-speaking countries. We don’t see ourselves as part of a trend, but as a value-oriented company with a clear compass and tradition, as a down-to-earth team that welcomes developments in the food industry towards sustainability.
