NOW® receives Friend of the Sea certification

Now FoodsNOW® has gained the Friend of the Sea certification for its krill oil products. Approved products are now eligible to carry the Friend of the Sea seal identifying their origin from a sustainable source and providing consumers with a guarantee of a sustainable, effective fishery management.

Krill is fished only by Friend of the Sea approved vessels in areas where stocks are not over-exploited and the fishery is sustainably managed. A certified Chain of Custody guarantees the origin of the products.
