● Baeri Signature Caviar: This exquisite caviar comes from Acipenser Baeri sturgeons, raised in the pure waters of the Dordogne. The sturgeons grow under optimal conditions, characterised by constantly renewed and monitored water, exclusively organic feed, low farming density, and minimal handling of the fish.

● Osciètre Signature Caviar: Produced from the Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon, a species native to the Caspian Sea, this caviar represents the pinnacle of sustainable aquaculture. The sturgeons are farmed using innovative methods that respect their natural cycles, with particular attention to water quality and living spaces.

● Smoked Sturgeon: A niche product made exclusively from the finest fillets of sturgeons raised on the estate. The fillets undergo a meticulous artisanal process, hand-salted and smoked with carefully selected beechwood.
