Infatti, la gestione del locale \u00e8 incentrata sulla rigida <strong>selezione dei prodotti ittici<\/strong> di cui si rifornisce e sul <strong>rispetto del mare<\/strong>, senza il quale non si potrebbe beneficiare di materie prime di altissima qualit\u00e0. Per queste ragioni il bistrot si \u00e8 unito alla nutrita schiera delle realt\u00e0 del <strong>Sustainable Restaurants<\/strong>, il progetto lanciato da Friend of the Sea, standard leader di certificazione internazionale per i prodotti da pesca e acquacoltura sostenibili, che individua i punti di ristorazione che abbracciano i valori della tutela ambientale.<\/p>\n<p>Nato come appendice dello storico A\u2019Riccione di via Taramelli, A\u2019Riccione Bistrot si distingue per la sua ventata di aria fresca, pi\u00f9 giovanile e sicuramente pi\u00f9 informale, con ambienti luminosi e moderni arredi di design. Dal 2008 i titolari, i fratelli Giuseppe e Dante Di Paolo, svolgono un lavoro esemplare per garantire agli ospiti solo il meglio, sia sul piano culinario sia su quello dell\u2019accoglienza.<\/p>\n<p>Il versante su cui si punta maggiormente \u00e8 quello dei crudi di mare, dove spicca un\u2019ineguagliabile selezione di crostacei. I metodi di preparazione delle pietanze intendono preservare la genuinit\u00e0 e le propriet\u00e0 organolettiche degli ingredienti per la massima esaltazione dei sapori. Ma la vera novit\u00e0 del momento \u00e8 l\u2019esclusivo servizio <strong>\u201cA\u2019Riccione banqueting\u201d<\/strong>, destinato a eventi privati e aziendali, in cui lo staff si occupa dell\u2019organizzazione del menu, della scelta dei vini, degli addobbi floreali e di qualunque altro aspetto \u2018scenografico\u2019, per soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019appoggio al progetto dei ristoranti sostenibili dimostratoci da A\u2019Riccione Bistrot, uno dei migliori di Milano, \u2013 ha cos\u00ec commentato <strong>Paolo Bray<\/strong>, Fondatore e Direttore di Friend of the Sea \u2013 non pu\u00f2 fare altro che incrementare la rilevanza della nostra missione.
