E oltre al design curato ed elegante della location e alla ricerca di piatti elaborati, sempre attenti alle esigenze di tutti, il ristorante utilizza materie prime sicure e controllate per la preparazione di pietanze in cui il sapore del mare regna sovrano.<\/p>\n<p>Scegliendo <strong>orata, scampo, branzino, tonno e rombo certificati<\/strong> <strong>Friend of the Sea<\/strong>, lo standard di certificazione internazionale per i prodotti da pesca e acquacoltura sostenibili, il locale garantisce ai propri clienti il meglio del pescato, una mossa che lo inserisce a pieno titolo nell\u2019elenco delle realt\u00e0 del progetto <strong>Sustainable Restaurants<\/strong>. Questa iniziativa seleziona e premia i punti di ristorazione che servono uno o pi\u00f9 prodotti certificati Friend of the Sea e che dimostrano cos\u00ec di tenere non solo alla qualit\u00e0 del cibo ma anche alla tutela dell\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Soul Kitchen Beach nasce dall\u2019idea di rinnovamento e progresso di Piergiorgio Rossi e Maurizio Moi. Reduci da esperienze lavorative diverse e con differenti background, i due soci sono per\u00f2 spinti da un obiettivo comune, e cio\u00e8 fare la differenza e proporre innovazioni creative nel panorama gastronomico del litorale laziale, esaltando quello che, almeno per un ristorante, dovrebbe essere il re dei cinque sensi: il gusto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019utilizzo di prodotti certificati e sicuri \u2013 ha dichiarato Paolo Bray, Fondatore e Direttore di Friend of the Sea \u2013 \u00e8 un chiaro segnale dell\u2019estrema attenzione che un ristorante dimostra di avere sia nei confronti del consumatore sia per il rispetto della <strong>responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/strong> e la <strong>protezione degli ambienti marittimi e terrestri<\/strong>.
