Pevasa Group supplies sustainably sourced frozen whole tuna, to over 30 countries across 4 continents.\u00a0 Pesquer\u00eda Vasco-Monta\u00f1esa (PEVASA) is committed to practicing responsible fishing in strict compliance with the rules that regulate the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">The Friend of the Sea Sustainable Fishing Certification is the only sustainable fisheries certification process recognised and supervised globally by a National Accreditation Body, it certifies Pevasa\u2019s sustainable fishing in the Atlantic and Indian Ocean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">\u201c<i>We consider that more and more companies are jumping on board the sustainable train; and without doubt Friend of the Sea is a renowned and recognized sustainable standard for the fishing industry. We first certified our activity with Friend of the Sea back in 2009, and we have kept this certification since then. Currently, our customers are requiring proof that they are buying real wild sustainably caught tuna, and we trust that certifications such as Friend of the Sea help us to achieve this objective.
