The anchovies are caught in the FAO 37 Northern Adriatic sea by Croatian artisanal fishing vessels using purse seines which cause no impact to the seabed.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The vessels use \u2018lampara\u2019 &#8211; a lamp that attracts the anchovies to the surface.
