Una filosofia che spazia dall\u2019appagamento del cliente a tematiche etiche scottanti come la <b>salvaguardia degli habitat marini e terrestri.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span> Questa modernissima e poliedrica attivit\u00e0 in continuo divenire ha, infatti, dimostrato il proprio impegno schierandosi in prima linea a fianco delle realt\u00e0 del <a title=\"Sustainable Restaurants\" href=\"https:\/\/friendofthesea.org\/it\/standard-certificazioni-azienda-prodotti\/programma-ristoranti-sostenibili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0001ee;\">Sustainable Restaurants<\/span><\/a>. Il progetto seleziona e premia i punti di ristorazione che, servendo uno o pi\u00f9 prodotti ittici certificati <a title=\"Friend of the Sea\" href=\"https:\/\/friendofthesea.org\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0001ee;\">Friend of the Sea<\/span><\/a>, indirettamente ma volontariamente promuovono <b>metodi di pesca selettiva<\/b> e incentivano la <b>responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/b> dell\u2019individuo verso l\u2019ambiente. <br><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Il team del ristorante propone un menu di stampo mediterraneo, anche se costellato di influenze internazionali, con un occhio sempre vigile alla <b>stagionalit\u00e0<\/b>, alla <b>provenienza<\/b> e alla qualit\u00e0 degli ingredienti con cui vengono preparate le pietanze.
