Non si tratta solo del fatto che la vongola M.Gi.B. \u00e8 un prodotto freschissimo, allevato nell\u2019Oasi naturalistica del Delta del Po, in acque dai fondali bassi e ricche di nutrienti, quindi nelle migliori condizioni possibili. \u00c8 soprattutto la scelta di M.Gi.B. di lavorare nel rispetto dell\u2019ambiente, garantendo agli stock ittici di integrarsi con le specie viventi circostanti e assicurando un controllo di qualit\u00e0 lungo tutta la filiera produttiva, ad assicurare ai consumatori la migliore qualit\u00e0 possibile per la sua vongola.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ed \u00e8 per questo motivo che\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"Friend of the Sea\u00ae\" href=\"https:\/\/friendofthesea.org\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #2828da;\">Friend of the Sea\u00ae<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0ha deciso di certificare M.Gi.B. per la produzione ittica sostenibile. Fondato nel 2008 da Paolo Bray, Friend of the Sea\u00ae \u00e8 diventato lo standard di certificazione leader per prodotti e servizi che rispettano e proteggono l\u2019ambiente marino. La certificazione premia le pratiche sostenibili nei settori della pesca e dell\u2019acquacoltura ed \u00e8 un riferimento per i consumatori che, riconoscendo i prodotti con il logo Friend of the Sea\u00ae, possono compiere scelte alimentari consapevoli.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\"><a title=\"M.Gi.B\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mgib.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #2828da;\">M.Gi.B<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\">. alleva e confeziona molluschi all\u2019interno della Sacca di Goro, un\u2019area marina che si trova nell&#8217;oasi naturalistica del Delta del Po. Si tratta di un ambiente di incomparabile bellezza che M.Gi.B. si impegna a proteggere e conservare, anche per il mantenimento delle specie animali tipiche delle zone salmastre. La ditta affida la sua mission alla Cooperativa Sirio, costituita da un ridotto gruppo di pescatori, punto di riferimento per poter garantire la qualit\u00e0 della vongola.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">M.Gi.B. riceve giornalmente stock di molluschi bivalvi e si occupa della loro depurazione, confezionamento e commercializzazione nei principali canali di vendita, nel rispetto di rigidi controlli igienico sanitari e di qualit\u00e0 lungo la filiera produttiva. M.Gi.B opera prevalentemente con il canale della GDO, in questo modo pu\u00f2 distribuire sui banchi di vendita un prodotto ecosostenibile che il cliente apprezza per il suo valore aggiunto: l\u2019impegno nella salvaguardia dell\u2019ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">\u201c<i>Il valore etico della salvaguardia ambientale \u00e8 definito da anni nel nostro documento di politica aziendale e passa anche dall\u2019attenzione per il packaging.
