Henceforth, the company is now accredited to conduct independent audits following the Friend of the Sea standards.<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">Under the Friend of the Sea certification scheme, sustainable seafood products are audited onsite by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/friendofthesea.org\/find-certification-bodies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accredited independent bodies<\/a>. This guarantees a robust and credible process that follows the best practice guidelines for standard-setting organizations as set out by the FAO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">Established in 1880, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bamber-bruce.lk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bamber &amp; Bruce (Pvt) Ltd<\/a> is the oldest private analytical laboratory in Sri Lanka. The company has a longstanding reputation for supporting the regional trade industry to rise up to international quality standards. Bamber &amp; Bruce occupies a leading position among the country\u2019s service providers. Its clientele comprises some of the major exporters of Sri Lankan products.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica;\">Bamber &amp; Bruce has been historically focused on Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Seychelles fisheries industries. Following this new collaboration with Friend of the Sea, it expects to extend its expertise to other countries.
