Sensibilizzare il consumatore su tematiche come la <b>salvaguardia degli ambienti marittimi e terrestri, la sicurezza delle materie prime e la responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/b> non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 un valore aggiunto ma deve rappresentare la base da cui partire per condurre al meglio un\u2019attivit\u00e0 di ristorazione\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La trattoria \u00e8 stata fondata in via Lazzaretto il 9 aprile del 1978 da Kam Kwan Fong (Rita) e dal marito Tsui Fu On (Davide) e si \u00e8 affermata fin da subito come punto di riferimento per i membri della comunit\u00e0 cinese del capoluogo meneghino, oltre che come luogo simbolo di una cultura etnica e affascinante che \u2018non tradisce\u2019 le proprie origini trasformandosi in tavola fusion.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cI piatti della cucina cantonese sono il nostro fiore all\u2019occhiello \u2013 cos\u00ec si \u00e8 espressa Pui Ling (Angela), figlia della titolare \u2013 e se da un lato abbiamo deciso di continuare a proporre un menu senza uniformarci alla massa, ma seguendo una linea ben definita fatta di tradizione e semplicit\u00e0, dall\u2019altro siamo fieri di portare avanti la missione del Sustainable Restaurants.
