E da oggi l\u2019impegno culinario \u00e8 la chiara espressione anche di una missione etico-sociale portata avanti giorno dopo giorno.<\/p>\n<p>Il locale ha infatti accettato la proposta del <strong>fornitore certificato <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mazarafish.it\/m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mazara Fish<\/a><\/strong>, che ha dato un supporto fattivo per la sua adesione al progetto <strong>Sustainable Restaurants<\/strong>, che seleziona e premia i punti di ristorazione che utilizzano prodotti ittici certificati Friend of the Sea, standard di certificazione internazionale per la pesca e l\u2019acquacoltura sostenibili, dando prova di scendere in campo contro lo sfruttamento delle specie ittiche, ma anche dei lavoratori, e di appoggiare <strong>metodi di pesca selettiva nel pieno rispetto dell\u2019ambiente e dell\u2019uomo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A \u2018dirigere l\u2019orchestra\u2019 uno degli chef pi\u00f9 acclamati d\u2019Italia, un uomo che da sempre subisce il fascino delle alchimie culinarie, <strong>Antonio Guida<\/strong>, che dopo aver viaggiato in lungo e in largo tra Europa e Asia, con esperienze presso numerosi ristoranti d\u2019<em>\u00e9lite<\/em>, \u00e8 riuscito nell\u2019arco degli ultimi quattro anni a far guadagnare ben due <strong>stelle Michelin<\/strong> anche al <strong>Seta del Mandarin Oriental.<\/strong> \u201cLa qualit\u00e0 e la freschezza delle materie prime, soprattutto poi se si tratta di pesce e frutti di mare, &#8211; questo il suo pensiero &#8211; sono la base essenziale per la riuscita di un piatto degno di nota, sia per il piacere che l\u2019ospite ne trae assaggiandolo sia per garantirne la totale sicurezza in termini di salute e benessere\u201d. E\u2019 la stessa filosofia che ha portato la <strong>Mazara Fish<\/strong> \u2013 storico distributore del Mercato Ittico di Milano &#8211; a certificarsi Friend of the Sea, a cercare prodotti ittici certificati sostenibili ed a dare un supporto diretto e fattivo per l\u2019adesione dei suoi migliori clienti della ristorazione, come il Mandarin Seta<\/p>\n<p>All\u2019interno del locale, la cucina a vista consente di trasformare l\u2019opera di ristorazione quasi in un\u2019opera teatrale. Il connubio perfetto tra gusto impeccabile e presentazione maestosa \u00e8 il biglietto da visita di ogni creazione, caratterizzata anche da un accostamento di colori ben studiato.
