La rivoluzione delle <em>bowl <\/em>sconvolge e catapulta il cliente in un mondo nuovo: riso rosso, lenticchie di montagna, gamberi al ginger, semi di girasole, edamame, crema di avocado\u2026 Tutto questo oggi \u00e8 possibile da <a href=\"https:\/\/bulmilano.eatbu.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bul Milano<\/a>, il ristorante in cui \u201cpi\u00f9 un cibo \u00e8 buono, pi\u00f9 ti aiuta a stare in forma\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Strano ma vero. Inoltre, questo <em>leitmotiv<\/em> \u00e8 un chiaro segnale della filosofia del locale: da un lato, prendersi cura della salute del cliente deliziandolo con piatti ricercati, materie prime sicure e sapori delicati, dall\u2019altro <strong>rispettare l\u2019ambiente, gli ecosistemi e i lavoratori di tutta la filiera di produzione<\/strong>, sia nell\u2019ambito della pesca sia in quello agroalimentare.<\/p>\n<p>Da qui scaturisce l\u2019appoggio concreto del ristorante al progetto <strong>Sustainable Restaurants<\/strong>, l\u2019iniziativa di Friend of the Sea, lo standard di certificazione internazionale per la pesca e l\u2019acquacoltura, che seleziona e premia le realt\u00e0 che abbracciano i valori della sostenibilit\u00e0, utilizzando uno o pi\u00f9 prodotti certificati Friend of the Sea.<\/p>\n<p>Bul nasce in Viale Premuda, a Milano, per soddisfare tutta quella clientela esigente che intende concedersi una pausa <em>fit &amp; tasty<\/em>. Il menu \u00e8 pianificato in base <strong>alla stagionalit\u00e0 e alla freschezza degli ingredienti<\/strong>, sia all\u2019interno di <em>bowl<\/em> sia in versione cr\u00eapes alla tapioca, e i nomi delle pietanze sono gi\u00e0 tutti un programma: Detox, Monday, Funday, Pre-Meeting, Study Fuel, Pre-Workout, Post-Workout, Hangover, solo per citarne alcuni. Ovviamente, non mancano anche piatti vegetariani, barrette energetiche, bevande Babasucco e dolcetti appetitosi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBul rappresenta la migliore \u2018strada da imboccare\u2019 per tutti quelli che tengono alla propria linea, &#8211; ha commentato Paolo Bray, Fondatore e Direttore di <a href=\"https:\/\/friendofthesea.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Friend of the Sea<\/a> \u2013 senza rinunciare al gusto e, in pi\u00f9, contribuendo alla conservazione delle risorse ambientali.
