Il bistrot nasce dal desiderio di infondere nella passione per la cucina il concetto che <b>buono e sostenibile vanno di pari passo.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i>Feel Good Food<\/i> sono le parole chiave di Ecooking, nel totale rispetto dell\u2019ambiente e dei suoi ecosistemi. E proprio in virt\u00f9 di tale pensiero \u00e8 scaturita l\u2019adesione del ristorante al <b>Sustainable Restaurant Program<\/b>. Il progetto, lanciato da Friend of the Sea, standard di certificazione internazionale per la pesca e l\u2019acquacoltura sostenibili, premia le realt\u00e0 che offrono uno o pi\u00f9 prodotti certificati Friend of the Sea e che scendono in campo contro l\u2019inquinamento e gli sprechi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Il messaggio \u00e8 chiarissimo: la <b>sicurezza<\/b> e il <b>controllo<\/b> costante degli alimenti, il <b>rispetto<\/b> per i lavoratori e l\u2019utilizzo di <b>tecniche a impatto zero<\/b> per il mare e per il pianeta non possono rappresentare soltanto un valore aggiunto, ma devono essere la<i> conditio sine qua non<\/i> nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019industria gastronomica.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lo chef propone pietanze alla portata di tutti, dalla pasta fresca rigorosamente fatta in casa ai burger sani e al tempo stesso sfiziosi, fino ad arrivare alle Buddha Bowl, il perfetto connubio tra gusto e leggerezza. &nbsp;Da oggi, inoltre, i clienti possono optare per l\u2019esclusivo servizio di Chef a domicilio, <span style=\"color: #2828da;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecookingworld.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ecooking@home<\/a><\/span>, per poter gustarei piatti di un ristorante stellato nella comodit\u00e0 della propria casa.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cQuando ho pensato per la prima volta a Ecooking \u2013 ha dichiarato Luigi \u2013 ho immaginato un luogo in cui la filosofia del cibo sostenibile alla portata di tutti diventasse realt\u00e0. Per questo la mia adesione a un\u2019iniziativa come il Sustainable Restaurant Program \u00e8stata una scelta naturale e immediata, perch\u00e9 <b>la bont\u00e0 di un piatto non pu\u00f2 prescindere dalla sicurezza degli alimenti che lo compongono<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ad oggi, sono circa <b>300<\/b> i ristoranti che fanno parte del Sustainable Restaurant Program.
