La pianificazione del menu varia molto spesso, seguendo la disponibilit\u00e0 e la&nbsp;<b>stagionalit\u00e0 delle materie prime<\/b>, per garantire sempre, assieme al gusto, la sicurezza della pietanza proposta. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201c<i>Osterialnove ha dimostrato che la conservazione degli&nbsp;<b>ecosistemi marittimi e terrestri<\/b><\/i>&nbsp;\u2013 questo l\u2019intervento di&nbsp;<b>Paolo Bray, Fondatore e Direttore di Friend of the Sea<\/b>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<i>e il rispetto della&nbsp;<b>responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/b>&nbsp;dei lavoratori delle aziende da cui si rifornisce sono punti focali nella gestione della propria cucina.
