The company complies with all Friend of the Sea requirements and can display the official seal of approval on its products.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s fleet catches anchovies in the Southeastern part\u00a0of the\u00a0Pacific Ocean by means of purse seine method, without affecting the seabed and in compliance with the Marine Protected Areas regulation. Bycatch is minimal and does not include any IUCN red list species.<\/p>\n<p>CFG Investment has also invested in an efficient waste management system that allows the company to recycle, re-use or reprocess all materials used during fishing, conservation and transport of the fish up to the selling point, including packaging.
